Scheduling an Appointment

For established clients and those with an outstanding gift certificate:
Office hours are 9:00 am-6:00pm Tuesday through Friday and 9:00 am-3:00pm select Saturdays.
Appointments can be made by contacting us by email at or through our online booking portal: MassageBook
Please note that we are usually booked out 3-6 weeks in advance and this is especially true of evening and Saturday hours. If you have daytime availability, we usually have something open within a week or two. Please plan and book ahead so that you may have the appointment time and date that you would prefer. We highly encourage you to book several appointments in advance or to set up a regular, recurring appointment so that we have that time set aside for you.
We think that our time together is valuable! If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance or pay the missed appointment fee equal to the amount regularly charged for your scheduled appointment. No-shows or missed appointments without notification will be charged in full, we will send you an invoice or bill your card on file. You will not be able to book another appointment with us until your missed appointment fee has been paid.
If you are a new client, please allow yourself plenty of time to find us, fill out paperwork and go over your medical history with your massage therapist. We recommend at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
For your relaxation and out of respect for others in the office we ask that you please silence or turn off your cell phones
Because we value your well being, we want to let you know that if you are sick, massage has the ability to overstimulate your immune system and can make you feel even worse. With this in mind, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment if you have a fever, cold or flu.
If you are running late for your scheduled appointment, please contact us to let us know when we can expect you. Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment to prevent delays for others, the full appointment fee will still be charged.
